Flow & Glow Fridays
When: Friday, March 6th | 6:00PM–7:15PM

Join us this month for a lively and uplifting dynamic Slow Flow yoga class that blends movement, music, and joy!
Each session will feature a unique, playful theme with a specially curated playlist, creative lighting, and a groovy sequence designed to get your body moving.
All levels are welcome! Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, you’ll feel right at home. You’ll practice with approachable, feel-good sequences—release stuck energy and build strength with flowing, expansive movements.
And there’ll be plenty of fun! Get ready to laugh, let go, and enjoy the freedom of moving with the music.
Mark your calendar. Classes happen on the first Friday of each month during our regularly scheduled All Levels class.

Kirtan Concert with Girish

Join us for a healing evening of call and response chanting with beloved yogi-musician-author Girish!
Girish is an renowned musician rooted in jazz, world, and sacred music, expressing his artistry through tablas, world percussion, guitar, harmonium, and voice. Over the years, he discovered music as a sacred, transformative force through deep spiritual practice.
After spending five years as a monk immersed in mantra, meditation, and Sanskrit study, Girish reunited his spiritual path with music through Indian drumming and sacred sound.
He is now a widely respected collaborator in the yoga and world music communities, appearing on nearly 100 recordings and performing with many of the most influential artists in the genre.
We hope you'll join us for this unique opportunity to experience Girish!

Turn up your energy and tap into your strength with this vibrant, athletic flow!
Brink will guide you through dynamic, breath-driven sequences that build stability, stamina, and focus from the inside out.
Practiced in a heated room (around 90°), this powerful hour invites you to move with intention, challenge your edges, and stay connected to your breath.
Expect to sweat, strengthen, and walk out feeling grounded, clear, and fully recharged. Preregistration is available but not required.
