Body & Sound: Intro to Tantra

Awaken Your Mind, Body, and Spirit!
Join us for a transformative workshop that blends mindful practices of breath, movement, and sound. You'll leave feeling more grounded and connected—to yourself and to others who are on a similar journey of self discovery.
Led by Yoga Pura teacher Kaley Jones, you’ll explore traditional Tantric philosophy, enhanced by intentional sound healing and breathwork techniques, to spark the mind-body connection and leave you with a profound sense of joy and freedom.
You’ll also learn practical, everyday tools to soothe your nervous system.
There will be opportunities to share your experiences and insights with other workshop participants as you’re comfortable. Please bring writing materials for notes and possible journaling exercises.
No prior experience or knowledge is needed. All are welcome!
Sound Healing Concert

Join us for our September Sound Healing Concert!
Enjoy an hour of Tibetan Bowls and other sound healing instruments, used for centuries to
promote stress relief, emotional balance, and deep relaxation.
Your guide Steve Wales has studied and completed advanced workshops at the Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing School and is also a graduate of Yoga Pura’s Teacher Training and Life Mastery program.
All you have to do is bring your yoga mat and anything you need to help you lie down comfortably and relax. Join us for an afternoon of healing and serenity.
No experience is necessary. All are welcome.
