Chair Yoga is great for anyone wanting a gentler, more supported type of practice. It’s also the perfect starting point for those recovering from injury or find that a conventional yoga class is not accessible.
In this series, you will discover:
The basics of yoga.
Exercises to improve balance and flexibility, and strength.
Simple practices to use at home.
Techniques to lessen the effects of stress and calm the nervous system.
PLUS you'll receive a detailed printed guide to help you continue your practice at home.
Your guide: Scott has been a 500-hr. certified yoga teacher since 2012 and has been teaching chair yoga for over seven years. His passion is helping students use yoga to discover their capabilities.
